Policies and Information:
You will receive a full refund if you cancel three days prior to the start of the first day of the class or workshop. If the minimum number of students does not enroll, you will receive a full refund.

Wait List Policy:
After the maximum number of students enroll, you will be placed on a waiting list and will be contacted when an opening is available.
Severe Weather:
CERC programs may be canceled when a severe weather or tornado warning has been issued. Classes may be canceled when the CERC is closed due to severe weather or other issues. Please check local media outlets for updates regarding closings due to weather, along with our Facebook page as this is where newest updates will be posted. As always, please call to confirm facility availability if you are ever unsure.
Inclement Weather Policy:
If Hastings Area Schools are cancelled due to weather, the CERC will remain open. If the CERC is unable to open we will post on our website, Facebook page, and local media outlets. Please feel free to call with any questions.
