Morning Yoga with Penny
Mondays 6:30-7:30am
 
Prepare your mind and body for the week ahead with this perfect dose of rest and relaxation! You can expect to move through a gentle sequence with a focus on breathwork and amplified awareness of the body. We're sure you'll leave this class feeling balanced, lighter, and rejuvenated.
 
Evening Yoga with Amy
Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm
 
A class that links classic yoga poses with movement and breath. Postures will help strengthen the body and increase flexibility over time, as well as promote calmness and relaxation. Moves at a moderate pace and will include modifications to accommodate all levels.
 
Slow Stretch Yoga with Karen
Wednesdays 6:00-7:00am 
 
A gentle practice which combines deep breathing, stretching and relaxed postures to bring restorative energy and serenity to your body and mind.
 
Chair Yoga with Karen
Fridays 6:00-7:00am
 
A gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. Benefits of chair yoga include: improved flexibility; better concentration; increased strength; boost to your mood; reduced stress and joint strain.
Zumba
Wednesdays 7:15-8:15pm 
Saturdays 7:30-8:30am & 9:30-10:30am
 
Zumba® is a fitness class that fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba® uses a variety of styles in its routines, including cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and hip-hop.
SHiNE Dance Fitness
Thursdays 6:00-7:00pm
 

SHiNE Dance Fitness is suitable for beginners and experienced dancers alike. SDF is a full body cardio + toning workout based in traditional jazz, ballet, and hip hop. Get ready to sweat, smile, shimmy, and shake your worries (and calories) away! Positive, judgement free atmosphere with easy modifications for all abilities. Burn up to 600 calories!

Pilates
Wednesdays 6-7pm
 
Pilates is a form of exercise focusing on strengthening the body while focusing on the core. This low-impact fitness class is ideal for all ages and all levels of ability.
